I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I loved that everything was easily accessible and within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the minibar was well-stocked. The room had a sitting area and a dressing area, which added to the overall comfort. I particularly liked the flat-screen TV and the electric kettle provided in the room. The hotel also had a fantastic dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where I enjoyed delicious meals and drinks.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Price and Location were convienent.

Only had 3 small elevators and they were extremely busy so you find yourself waiting and waiting. The attention to detail the rooms were clean but paint and tile work seemed sloppy.

we had amazing time at the hotel and will choose it for sure for next trip. we greatly enjoyed staying at the venue.

The room was very spacious, even bigger than most other hotels in the area, and we were able to park our car right on the premises.

I liked the friendliness of the staff in all sections. The female who works on the front of reception would/could me a taxi any time of the day of night in a minute. She was very welcoming all the time. The reception staff were knowledgeable and attentive. The room was luxurious for one especially the bathroom. Internet was free and that was great as I could check my emails several times a day.

Breakfast was good but could be improved by better coffee and a wider choice of hot foods for the price charged. The staff and chefs however were very friendly and accommodating.

price ,location and specailly rooms are very good . WIFI works very good with cable .The one of the high level manager or owner was really very kind and he helped me to solve my problems , so if you have any problem pls ask for him to solve it , otherwise they are all afraid .

Reception girls and boys are unprofessional and not friendly , always ready to create a problems , ask for deposit , becareful about the bellboys , they are working together with the some of the taxi drivers and get commision from the taxi drivers and taxi drivers always try to take the most longest way for taking some more money .

The hotel is located in the center of Abu Dhabi, making it convenient to reach any destination easily. It is situated in a very nice area, surrounded by plenty of amenities. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. the staff is generally pleasant and accommodating, ensuring a satisfactory stay. the breakfast offers a wide range of delicious options to start the day off right.

Some guests have reported poor TV channel selection, which could be improved for better entertainment options.

I appreciate the comfortable mattress and fluffy pillows after a long day at my training!

I did not appreciate waiting about half an hour for my bags to come to my room especially that it was after a full day of training and I just wanted to change out of my work clothes and into my comfy PJs!

The hotel offers two key facts that were very useful for my stay. the location was ideal and in the heart of the city. the room was spacious and it had all the necessary facilities. the staff were friendly and helpful which made my stay more enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel had several worst aspects that left a negative impression. the bed was uncomfortable and did not provide the necessary support for a good night's sleep.

I know this hotel already and been there on their 1st week after opening and things were great and it is all great till now

Only 1 thing which is very weird and abnormal and i could not accept, You Are NOT allowed to order any food from outside the hotel. I have stayed in all 5 stars & luxury hotels in abu dhabi/UAE, and it is allowed everywhere to order.. except for royal intll hotel. the rest was all great

The rooms were clean and tidy and the stay was very confortable. Very close to corniche and shopping areas.

The hotel had a good location near popular tourist attractions and shopping centers. the staff were friendly and provided good customer service. the hotel also had a rooftop pool which was a nice place to relax.

Our xmas experience at this hotel was disappointing. the room was dirty and the bathroom had a foul smell.

Staff were very freindly. Rooms are excellent in terms of size, cleanliness, furniture and services. Internet services are excellent and free. in short it has a great value for money.
